A multimodal approach to designing an iconic Seattle tower.

This project taught us how VR fits into a traditionally physical design process.

Summary:  Designing a skyscraper requires thinking at many scales and levels of detail. I supported this process with a variety of physical and digital mock-ups. VR studies of interior spaces, full-scale 3d printed curtain wall sections, and countless rough and fine models all to enable better design decision-making.
